she looked forward to a simpler and downsized lifestyle, coming from a beautiful two level 10,000 + square foot home on the water. it was apparent to our team that her new apartment had to be tranquil, with a Zen sense of comfort and relaxation, with the finest in quality and workmanship, including finding important accessories throughout.

by demolishing the new constructed 4000 square foot apartment, our team was able to rethink many of the spaces for specific needs, from the primary bedroom to her closet, primary bath, living room and most importantly, her office. custom ceiling design, fine detailing and great lighting were paramount.

entering directly from the elevator into the unit, we set out to create the client’s vision and “feel” for living, using calming soft matte lacquered walls with inlaid solid metal trim in the foyer sets the tone for the entire space, enhanced with strong rich tones for definition.
